Every year a number of local and foreign students come to the educational institution to ASA for their internship.

Internship in ASA provides a hands on orientation on how disadvantaged people are directly served by microfinance. Interns get the opportunity to come in direct interaction with ASA members and they learn about the ASA's simple management structure to oversee around 7 million members.

You will spend approximately 2 weeks in the rural area (more if needed) and will always be accompanied by at least one other intern and work with ASA staff in the branch office. One other helpful thing to remember is that microfinance interns have been coming to Bangladesh for years.
