ASA started giving microfinance consultancy services to local and international agency personnel and many other institutions since the year 1995. From then onward, ASA rendered consultencies to about 127 local and 47 international institutions who needed and wanted it in-country and from abroad. Because of ASA unique efforts in microfinance activities since 1991, the maturity in service giving tools, equipments and procedures have obtained a subtle tune to continue the program in all over Bangladesh. The structure of all ASA entity are proven worthwhile to the interested group of people both locally and internationally in achieving the targeted goals of it’s microfinance program designed for the poor. As a result, increasing demands are fulfilled through sending the ASA expertise or assigning someone to provide consultancy services to those who request for it.

Cost Effective Micro-finance Operations, Women’s Socio-economic Development and Credit Program, Accounts Keeping, Savings and credit management, Credit and MIS etc. are issues on which deliberations are made to clarify the ASA microfinance program to the interested people and the institutions. A minimal fees is charged to the recipients of ASA consultancy on the philosophy that ASA depends on the sustainable efforts.

However, consultancies in the Afganistan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Jordan, Ethiopia, India phillipines, and Nigeria are successfully been caried out by ASA . We believe in sharing and caring others who need and want to implement microfinance program for the greater benefit of the needy section of the respective countries and the institutions.
