Conditions and procedures to apply: The applicant must be non-smoker, smart and well conversant with global microfinance scenario along with good written and verbal communication skill. Interested candidates can send their applications (addressing to the President and mentioning the name of the post applied for on the top of envelop) along with a full CV, two recent passport size photographs, a return envelope (with stamp of Tk. 2) with mailing address of the applicants written on the right corner on the bottom of the envelope, a non-refundable bank draft/pay order (pay order in the case of issuing from the banks of Dhaka city) for Tk. 500 in favour of ASA within 15 February 2008 to the following address. The bank draft/pay order is needed for avoiding underqualified and unnecessary applicants and also for short listing the genuine candidates. No need to send Photostat copies of certificates, testimonials and other documents with the application but the original copies must be submitted at the time of interview. The applicants for the post mentioned in serial no. 5 will be called for written tests and they must have experience in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Probation period for all the posts will be of one year excepting that of the Deputy President. After successful completion of the probationary period the jobs will be under regular salary structure of ASA. The post of the Deputy President will be on contractual basis.
The working place of all the positions will be in Dhaka Central Office along with 5-10 days field visits per month.
